Machines
Lievers Holland designs and builds machines for every stage of working fresh concrete — compacting, levelling and finishing — across six categories. Everything is engineered, produced and tested in-house in Mijdrecht, the Netherlands, and has been since 1954.
Fresh concrete goes through the same stages on every job, and Lievers builds a machine for each of them. Compaction drives out the trapped air that weakens concrete — with internal poker vibrators (run directly or through a high-frequency converter) and with external vibrators and vibrating tables for formwork and precast. Levelling and screeding strikes the surface flat and dense using vibrating beams and wet screeds. Finishing closes and hardens the top layer with power trowels. Browse by machine type below, or start from your application, and you land straight on the right range.
Unlike suppliers who rebadge imported equipment, Lievers designs, builds and tests every machine itself — which is why our poker vibrators, screeds and power trowels are known for reliability and an exceptionally long working life. Every machine is developed under ISO 9001 and CE compliant, and sold and serviced through a dealer network in more than 40 countries. A full range of battery-powered and air-driven machines brings that performance to the jobsite with no cords and no fumes.
Working fresh concrete takes three stages, each with its own machine. Compaction removes trapped air — with internal poker vibrators (plus a high-frequency converter where needed) and external vibrators for formwork and precast. Levelling and screeding strikes the surface flat with vibrating beams and wet screeds. Finishing closes and hardens the top with power trowels. Lievers Holland builds machines for all three.
It depends on the stage of the pour and the element. For compacting walls, columns and foundations, choose a poker vibrator; for compacting and levelling a floor slab, a vibrating beam or wet screed; for a hard, smooth floor finish, a power trowel; for precast in moulds, an external vibrator or vibrating table. Browsing by machine type or by application on this site takes you to the right range.
