Electric external vibrators.
The ETR and ETRS external vibrators compact concrete from outside the formwork. The ETR mounts on bolt-down feet; the ETRS uses a rapid coupling for quick mounting and changing. Eleven force ratings, from 0.66 to 20 kN, cover everything from small precast moulds to heavy site formwork. The engineering is built to last — low-loss lamination rotors, class-H insulation, ductile cast-iron housings and long-life bearings — and our frequency variators give speed control from 0 to 3,600 rpm.

The ETR mounts on bolt-down feet, while the ETRS uses a rapid coupling (M23) for quick mounting and changing. Both ranges span 11 force ratings, from 0.66 kN (ETR 65/3, 4.5 kg) up to 20.02 kN (ETR 2000/3, 47 kg), plus two rapid-coupling ETRS sizes at 8.73 kN and 13.95 kN.
Yes. Our frequency variators give speed control from 0 to 3,600 rpm on the standard 400V/3-phase/50Hz, 3,000 rpm motors. Switchboxes with thermal overload relays for running several vibrators together are available on request.
