The FTR450/6 is a high-frequency external vibrator running at 6,000 rpm on 42V/200Hz, where the higher frequency suits fine, dense compaction in moulds and on formwork. It delivers 5 kN of centrifugal force in a 9.4 kg bolt-mounted housing, built to the same standard as the ETR range — low-loss rotors, class-H insulation, heat-treated shafts and long-life bearings — with speed adjustable from 0 to 6,000 rpm through our frequency converters.

The FTR450/6 runs at 6,000 rpm on 42V/200Hz — the higher frequency suits fine, dense compaction in moulds and on formwork. It delivers 5.0 kN of centrifugal force from a 600W motor in a compact 9.4 kg bolt-mounted housing.
It mounts on bolt-down feet (125 x 90 mm fixing with M12 holes), drawing 10A at 42V/200Hz, with speed adjustable from 0 to 6,000 rpm through our frequency converters.
