Poker vibrators
High-frequency slipform poker vibrator.
The SFP is a heavy-duty slipform poker, made for the machines that pave highways, runways, cycle tracks and channels. High centrifugal force and a large amplitude compact even the stiff, low water-cement-ratio concrete that slipform paving calls for. A sprung suspension frame distributes the vibration evenly into the mix, a turbo-oil system keeps it lubricated and cool, and heavy-duty bearings keep it reliable shift after shift. It connects to any high-frequency converter or generator with sufficient output.
| Poker head Ø (mm) | Voltage | Vibrations (per min) | Amperage in concrete (A) | Amplitude (mm) |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Ø65 | 42V / 3-phase / 200Hz | 12,000 | 22 | 3–4 |
| Ø65 | 115V / 3-phase / 200Hz | 12,000 | 8 | 3–4 |

The SFP is a heavy-duty poker built specifically for slipform pavers — the machines that lay concrete highways, runways, cycle tracks and channels. Its Ø65 mm head runs at 12,000 vibrations a minute with a 3–4 mm amplitude, strong enough to compact the stiff, low water-cement-ratio concrete that slipform paving demands.
It ships complete with a 2 m operating hose (including a 1 m protection sleeve) and a 10 m special cable with CEE plug, ready to connect to any high-frequency converter or generator with sufficient output — available in 42V/200Hz (22 A) or 115V/200Hz (8 A) executions.
Every Lievers machine comes with a one-year warranty. Register your machine and you get a second year on top — two years of cover in total.
Lievers machines are backed by a network of local service points with spare parts on hand, so maintenance and repairs stay close to the job. Get in touch and we'll point you to the nearest one.
