What sets it apart.

Lightweight beams
Lightweight beams in various lengths.
IP54 drive
Powerful, double-insulated (IP54) drive, interchangeable across all beam lengths.
Speed control
An electronic regulator matches vibration to concrete consistency.
Easy changes
Removable handles and a simple clamp system make beam changes easy.

The Prefab Easy Screed is made for levelling prefab elements to a fine finish. A double-insulated (IP54) drive unit pairs with lightweight beams in a range of lengths, all interchangeable through a simple clamping system, and an electronic speed regulator lets the operator match the vibration to the consistency of the concrete. Light in the hand and easy to use, it produces a consistently flat result.

Frequently asked questions

What is the Prefab Easy Screed for?

For levelling prefab elements to a fine, flat finish. It pairs a lightweight beam with a double-insulated (IP54) electrical drive unit and an electronic speed regulator, so the operator can match the vibration to the concrete consistency — the drive runs at up to 11,000 RPM on a 350W, 230V motor.

Can the beam be changed?

Yes. A user-friendly clamping system with removable handles lets you swap beams in lengths from 1.52 to 4.88 m, all interchangeable with the same drive unit. The drive is 230V/50-60Hz as standard, with 115V/50-60Hz available on request.

What warranty does it come with?

Every Lievers machine, including the Prefab Easy Screed, comes with a one-year warranty. Register your machine and you get a second year on top — two years of cover in total.

How are service and spare parts handled?
