Silent pneumatic external vibrators.
Compact pneumatic external vibrators that combine considerable force with very little noise — quiet enough, at as low as 76 dB, for factories with strict noise limits. There are no bearings, only a hardened-steel eccentric rotor driven by compressed air, so they are insensitive to heat and overload and run trouble-free for years — well suited to demanding work on tunnels, bridges, viaducts and dams. Centrifugal force ranges from under 3 to 36 kN, in three mounting styles: LVSK (rapid coupling, no grip), LVSH (rapid coupling, with grip) and LVS (bolt fixing).

Very quiet — as low as 76 dB(A) on the LVSK 5523 and LVSH 5023 — which makes them suitable for factories with strict noise limits. They run on compressed air with no bearings, just a hardened-steel eccentric rotor, so they're insensitive to heat and overload across the 9,000–15,500 rpm range.
Three styles: LVSK and LVSH on a rapid coupling (M17 up to 11.87 kN, M23 above), and LVS on a P18 bolt fixing. Each vibrator comes with a 0.5 m oil-resistant twin rubber tube and a 3/4" connection; the compressed-air supply needs an atomized oil lubricator, a dehumidifier and a pressure regulator.
