Vibrating beams

DTAVibrating beams

Vibrating beam for levelling concrete.

What sets it apart.

Stressing bar
Stressing bars set the level and eliminate sagging.
200 mm penetration
Up to 200 mm vibration penetration at 3,000 rpm.
Interchangeable drives
Drive units interchangeable across all beam lengths.
Optional rollers
Outriggers with rubber-covered rollers damp vibration on rail systems.

The DTA super beam screed compacts and levels large concrete surfaces using rigid, hard-wearing light-alloy beams. A stressing bar runs through each beam, so two screws are enough to pre-stress out any sag and hold an accurate level. A single vibrator unit transfers across every beam length in the range, giving up to 200 mm of penetration at 3,000 rpm, and optional outriggers with large rubber-covered rollers glide along rail systems while damping vibration. Available in 400V, petrol, or 42V/200Hz on request.

Frequently asked questions

How does the DTA hold an accurate level over a wide span?

A stressing bar runs through each DTA beam, so just two screws are enough to pre-stress out any sag and hold an accurate level across the span. The vibrator unit penetrates concrete up to 200 mm deep at 3,000 rpm, which is what levels and compacts large surfaces in a single pass.

Does one drive unit fit different beam lengths?

Yes — a single vibrator unit transfers across every DTA beam length in the range, from 3.2 to 7.2 m (frame weight 57–98 kg, excl. vibrating unit). It's standard in 400V/3-phase/50Hz or 4-stroke Honda petrol, with 42V/3-phase/200Hz available on request.

What warranty does it come with?

Every Lievers machine, including the DTA, comes with a one-year warranty. Register your machine and you get a second year on top — two years of cover in total.

How are service and spare parts handled?

Lievers machines are backed by a network of local service points with spare parts on hand, so maintenance and repairs on your DTA stay close to the job. Get in touch and we'll point you to the nearest one.
